At Botanicals of Gaia, each order is thoughtfully prepared and shipped from our workshop to ensure it arrives safely and in optimal condition.

Shipping Origin

All orders ship from our workshop located in Richmond, Texas.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Botanicals of Gaia ships within the United States only. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside of our control, including carrier delays or weather conditions.

Express Shipping Details

  • Orders placed after 2 PM Central Time with Express Shipping will ship the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Thursday with Express Shipping typically arrive the following Monday, as weekend delivery is not included.
  • Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Monday.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected.

Free Standard Shipping

Botanicalsofgaia.com offers FREE Standard Shipping on U.S. merchandise orders over $75, after any promotions or discounts are applied (excluding taxes).

Free shipping orders are processed within 1–3 business days depending on product availability. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1–7 business days. Please note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed with the free shipping option.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or if your package appears to be missing, please contact Customer Care at info@botanicalsofgaia.com as soon as possible after receiving your delivery or after receiving a delivery confirmation email.

Missing Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please allow at least 2 business days before we file a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • Claims must be reported within 10 days of the package being marked delivered or last scanned by the carrier.
  • If a replacement is approved, it must be shipped to the original address used for the order.
  • For packages eligible for replacement, we must wait until the carrier investigation is complete before sending the replacement.
  • We are unable to issue refunds for missing packages.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 10 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging when reaching out.
  • Damaged items must be returned to our facility for inspection by our quality team before a replacement can be issued.

We are unable to assist with damaged or missing items reported after the 10-day window or without the required photo documentation.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery, provided they are unused and unopened.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened oils, used items, or hygiene-related products, unless the product arrived damaged.
