RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 10 days from delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Products must be returned in original packaging.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used items, opened oils, or hygiene-related products unless they arrive damaged. Provide photo of damaged item when contacting us.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges on eligible items within 10 days from delivery.
If an item came in damaged, you can exchange it for a replacement. Please contact us at info@botanicalsofgaia.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days from delivery at info@botanicalsofgaia.com
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will make it right as quickly as possible.
RETURN PROCESS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

- Please allow 3-5 days for processing
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
